Len Kalane is a MUNJANI Afrika Investment founding member, director and chairperson. A South African national and prominent media entrepreneur, he is the former Editor of City Press, which was South Africa’s leading Sunday newspaper under Media24, a subsidiary of Naspers. He possesses well-rounded experience across telecommunications, broadcasting (radio and TV), publishing, corporate communication, editorial, strategic planning, and general management. Kalane is the author of The Chapter We Wrote (The City Press Story) – Media and Politics in a Changing South Africa and was the recipient of the Media24 Legends Awards 2019.

Dr. Eng. Martin Manuhwa is a MUNJANI Afrika Investment founding member and Managing Director. He also serves as the Managing Director of the Zimbabwe Africa Infrastructure Development Group (ZAIDG). Dr. Manuhwa has held significant international leadership roles, including positions within the World Federation of Engineering Organisations (WFEO) and chairing the WFEO Awards Committee.
His extensive engineering practice spans energy, construction, and worksite project management. He is a Past President of the Federation of African Engineering Organisations (FAEO), the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers (ZIE), and the Southern African Federation of Engineering Organisations (SAFEO). He currently represents the Scientific and Technological Community at Africa’s Major Groups and Other Stakeholders, hosted by UNECA.

Ms. Maunze leads the MUNJANI SMMEs Enterprise division. A Marketer by profession with a degree from Chinhoyi University of Technology, she has worked extensively with the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers (ZIE) and parastatals such as the Grain Marketing Board (GMB).
Her international experience includes coordinating projects for the Global Infrastructure Anti-Corruption Centre and participating in the World Justice Forums. She is the Director of the Southern and Central Africa Women Empowerment and Youth Development Network Trust and holds a UNITAR certificate in Advancing Gender Equality and Women Empowerment in Africa Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy Training.

Effiba Amihere is a legal practitioner based in Accra and the Managing Partner of Effiba Amihere & Associates. She serves as the Executive Secretary of the Africa Women’s Lawyers Association and is a MUNJANI founding member responsible for legal and governance.
Her legal expertise is focused on construction law, where she represents government agencies, public companies, and contractors in project administration and disputes. Ms. Linda Moseki-Letshwiti (Pr Eng) is a professional civil engineer, founding partner and director at KM Project Management and Consulting Engineers. With over 20 years of experience in infrastructure design and construction supervision, she has served as a Resident Engineer for major landfill and infrastructural projects.
A MUNJANI director, Linda is a trailblazer in regional leadership. She is a former President of the Botswana Institution of Engineers (BIE) and currently serves as the President of the Southern Africa Federation of Engineering Organisation (SAFEO). SAFEO is the regional body overseeing 11 member countries in the SADC region and is a core part of the Federation of Africa Engineering Organisations (FAEO). Faith Gathungu is the CEO and founder of Young Engineers Kenya, a premier educational technology company based in Nairobi that provides innovative science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) solutions.
